About us

It all started with Casper.

Who is Casper?

Casper was a stray cat we found and decided to rescue, care for, and welcome into our home. Before long, he became a beloved member of our family.

That’s when our journey began.

Finding the right food and litter for Casper wasn’t easy. He was incredibly picky and refused to accept just anything. We tried countless products, and every single one had to earn Casper’s approval before we trusted it.

After two years of testing and learning, we decided to create our own pet store—one that offers carefully selected products for both cats and dogs.

Every item in our store has been chosen with great care. We’ve curated a wide range of trusted brands and high-quality products to ensure your pets receive the very best.

But we’re more than just a pet store.

We’re pet parents ourselves. We understand the joy, challenges, and responsibilities of caring for pets, and our mission is to make that journey easier, more enjoyable, and more rewarding for every pet owner.

Every product has been personally tested by our certified expert—Casper—to make sure it meets our standards before it earns a place on our shelves.

To us, our customers are more than shoppers. They’re part of our story and our growing community of pet lovers.

That’s why our promise has always been:

"If Casper approves it, you know it’s the best."
